LP began her career at Funny or Die, where she wrote and directed dozens of popular sketches and celebrity videos starting in 2009. From there she transitioned into television directing, with credits including It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Chad, Tacoma FD, Kenan, Mythic Quest and Girls5Eva.

With a background in writing and improv, LP has become a go-to director for sharp, character-driven comedy, particularly projects spotlighting strong female voices. She has also collaborated with major brands, most notably directing episodes of the popular Undercover Lyft series. Her short film Cried Suicide premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival.

LP made her feature debut with Desperados, now streaming on Netflix and is currently developing multiple projects while doing her best to remain a chill person.
